It was actually on their Crash game. Got lucky with a 10x multiplier. Beginner's luck, I guess!

Those games can be pretty volatile.As for "soon" in customer support speak, that could mean anything from a few hours to a few days. Hang in there!
@CC_41 Come on, man. Just because you had a bad experience doesn't mean everything is rigged. Crash games use provably fair algorithms. You can verify the results yourself!

All this tech talk is making my head hurt. Back in my day, we just pulled a lever and hoped for the best!
